Content rights - All writing that has been paid for in full is owned by client. iWebcontent reserves the right to use any writing created for self promotional purposes only. Work created for clients will not be re-sold or re-issued.

In the event that any refund is given, or any work has been cancelled by client, iWebcontent holds all rights to any content created. This includes work created for a project in which a kill fee has applied.

Return Policy

Any work that is deemed unsatisfactory by the client can be refunded within 48 hours AFTER a round of revisions. If client chooses to cancel project without revisions, a 50% kill fee will apply.

Revisions

Revisions are limited to one round, unless previously stated otherwise in client agreement form. Revisions must be requested within 48 hours, after which they will not be applied retroactively. Revisions that are not used do not entitle client to any refunds. Typographical or grammatical errors do not count toward revision limit.

Turnaround time

Expected turnaround will be outlined in client agreement form. iWebcontent assumes timely delivery of any required material by client in order to meet deadlines. Any turnaround faster than 2 business days will have an additional surcharge.

Writers

Our writers are on a tiered system, with our most experienced writers at a premium, and less experienced writers at a discount rate. Revisions can be made by a higher tier writer for a small surcharge if changes in style and tone are required.

Privacy

We do not share any customer information with anyone else. Customers who log into our system may agree to recieve informative e-mails from iWebcontent.com, but only iWebcontent.

Communication

iWebcontent is available via Phone, E-mail, Skype, and Google Chat. Client is expected to use these channels to communicate any changes or relevant information in a timely manner. Information given before work begins does not count toward revision limits.
